Print Management Services - EBSERH

Public tender for the provision of MPS (Managed Print Services) across the entire EBSERH network (Brazilian Hospital Services Company). Implementation of supply management software and usage monitoring, printers/scanners, OCR services, and pre-operationalization. I served as the Project Manager, overseeing teams in all federal units, from the proof of concept (POC) stage through supplier procurement, fit-gap analysis in the monitoring application, installation of equipment in each of the 39 hospitals and maternity wards, and delivery of the entire post-QA implemented project to the operations team.
